One-Pot Bolognese

The One-Pot Bolognese from Spoonsparrow is delicious and simply practical!
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g Beef mince
- 500 g tomato puree (canned)
- 500 ml beef broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 200 g small mushrooms
- 250 g whole grain shell pasta
- 10 g parsley (0.5 bunch)
- 30 g Parmesan (1 piece; 30% fat in dry weight)
Instructions

Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a pot. Brown the minced meat in it over medium heat for about 5 minutes, breaking it up as you go. Add the onion and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.

Stir in the tomato puree and broth. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Simmer the sauce over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, clean and quarter the mushrooms.

Add the mushrooms and pasta to the Bolognese and cook together for 15-20 minutes until done.

In the meantime, wash, dry, and chop the parsley. Grate the Parmesan finely. Sprinkle the One-Pot Bolognese with parsley and Parmesan.
