Olive-marinated sheep cheese from Spoonsparrow: The perfect companion for salads and more.

Ingredients

  • 400 g sheep cheese
  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 4 thyme sprigs
  • 1 parsley sprig
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 50 ml olive oil

Instructions

    Cube the sheep cheese and place it in a mason jar. Peel and thinly slice the shallot and garlic, then add them to the jar with the cheese.

    Wash the herb sprigs, shake off excess moisture, and trim slightly smaller pieces. Add the herbs to the jar as well. Season the marinated cheese with pepper. Top with olive oil and seal tightly.
