Ingredients

  • 200 g fresh fruits (e.g., pears, currants, strawberries, blackberries)
  • 3 tbsp oatmeal flakes
  • 3 tbsp wheat flakes
  • 3 tbsp millet flakes
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 0.75 l milk
  • maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp cornflakes

Instructions

    Peel if necessary, halve, pit and cut the fruit into pieces. Distribute the fruit over four plates, mix the grain flakes with the sunflower seeds and sprinkle over the fruit.

    Pour the milk on top and sweeten everything with maple syrup, sprinkle with cornflakes, and serve immediately.
