Ingredients

  • 0.5 pear (75 g)
  • 10 g pistachio nuts
  • 50 g Blueberries
  • 250 g soy yogurt
  • 150 g coconut yogurt
  • 2 tsp matcha tea powder
  • 1 tbsp organic lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 pinch Vanilla powder
  • 50 g pomegranate seeds

Instructions

    Clean, wash, core the pear and slice into wedges. Roughly chop pistachios. Wash blueberries and drain.

    In a bowl mix soy yogurt, coconut yogurt, and matcha powder. Add lemon zest and agave syrup, season with vanilla powder, then divide between two bowls.

    Garnish bowls with pear slices, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, and pistachios.
