Ingredients
- 2 square baking sheets (about 12x20 cm)
- 60 g Cashews
- 60 g shelled almonds
- 60 g shelled hazelnuts
- 300 g candied fruit (e.g., cherries, apricots, figs)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 0.5 tsp gingerbread spice
- 100 g honey
- 100 g sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 140°C fan.

Line a rectangular baking tin (about 20x24 cm) with parchment paper and lay the sheets on it.

Coarsely chop the nuts, fruit, and flour in a food processor. Mix in the gingerbread spice.

Heat honey and sugar together in a small pot until melted. Stir in the nut‑fruit mixture and pour into the tin. Smooth the top and bake for about 25 minutes.

Remove from oven, cool in the tin, then lift out and cut into small squares.
