Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 50 g ground hazelnuts
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 g ground hazelnuts
- 250 g soft nut nougat
Instructions

Knead a smooth shortcrust dough from the listed ingredients. Wrap in cling film and chill for 1 hour.

Shape dough into balls, about 7 g each. Place on parchment-lined tray with space between them. Using a spoon handle, press a shallow indentation into each ball, roll the cookies briefly in ground hazelnuts, then bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 12–15 minutes. Let cool.

Fill a piping bag with medium nozzle and pipe nougat into the center of each cookie.
