  • 400 g Salmon fillet
  • 400 g sturgeon fillet
  • 2 large potatoes (starchy)
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 large vegetable onion
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 stalk leek
  • 0.5 lemon

Instructions

  1. 1.

Bring 1.5 l water to a boil in a large pot. Peel and dice the potatoes. Peel the carrot and cut into strips. Remove the outer skin of the onion, wash the parsley, shake dry, finely chop both together. Add everything to the water and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add bay leaves and salt, cook for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile cut the fish into bite‑sized pieces. Add the fish to the hot, no longer boiling broth and let it cook until done; remove and keep covered in an oven at 80°C.
