Ingredients

  • 150 g fusilli
  • Salt
  • 1 small red onion
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 30 ml vegetable broth
  • ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 bunch arugula
  • 0.5 bunch Basil
  • 1 can tuna (natural, about 150 g net weight)

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water and let it drain.

    Peel the onion and slice into thin rings. Wash the tomatoes and halve them. Mix the prepared ingredients together.

    Whisk lemon juice, broth, salt, pepper and oil, pour over the salad, and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

    Wash and pat dry the arugula and basil, roughly chop them. Drain the tuna and flake it. Combine the arugula, basil and tuna with the pasta, season to taste, and serve in bowls.
