Ingredients

  • 300 g Penne
  • 300 g short horn-shaped pasta
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 200 g black olives
  • 2 tbsp small capers
  • 6 anchovy fillets (in oil)
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 300 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 box garden cress

Instructions

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water and let stand. Pat the anchovy fillets dry and chop finely. Place pasta, capers, olives and anchovies in a large bowl. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar. Squeeze the garlic cloves into the mixture, stir, taste again and pour the dressing over the pasta, mixing well.

    Wash the tomatoes and halve them, fold into the salad. Cut garden cress from the bed and sprinkle it over the salad.
