Noodle Meat Casserole

Ingredients
- 350 g macaroni
- 500 g beans
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp oil
- 400 g ground meat
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 350 ml milk
- 50 g grated cheese (e.g., Gruyère or Gouda)
Instructions

Cook the macaroni in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.

Wash, trim, and boil the beans in well-salted water for 5 minutes. Drain, rinse with ice-cold water and let dry.

Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Heat the oil. Sauté the ground meat lightly, add the onions and garlic, cook briefly, season with salt and pepper. Wash the tomatoes and slice them.

Layer the prepared ingredients alternately in a greased baking dish. Whisk the eggs with milk, season with salt and pepper, pour over the casserole, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
