Nectarine Salad

A fresh stone fruit salad featuring ripe nectarines and a delicate floral touch from rose water. Try this and other recipes from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 2 Nectarines
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream
  • 100 ml water
  • 60 g sugar
  • Rose water
  • 0.5 lime (zest only)
  • 1 tbsp pistachio nuts (unsalted, coarsely chopped)
  • bio rose petals (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash the nectarines, halve them, remove pits and slice into very thin strips. Place in a bowl.

    Boil water with sugar for about 4 minutes, then remove from heat. Add lime zest and finish with rose water. Pour over the nectarine slices, cover and marinate for at least 1 hour.
