Ingredients

  • 250 g green beans
  • 400 g small boiled peeled potatoes
  • 300 g small tomatoes
  • 6 pickled sardine fillets
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • lettuce leaves
  • capers
  • black olives

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash, trim and cut beans into about 4 cm pieces. Boil in salted water for 8-10 minutes, then drain, rinse with cold water and let dry.

    Halve potatoes if needed. Wash and halve tomatoes.

  3. 3.

    Drain sardine fillets and pat dry.

  4. 4.

    Wash lettuce leaves, shake off excess water and tear into small pieces.

  5. 5.

    Whisk vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper together; taste and adjust seasoning.

    Combine salad ingredients with the dressing and serve garnished with capers and olives.
