Ingredients

  • 2 kg nectarines
  • 1 bottle apple juice
  • 750 g sugar
  • 1 packet gelatin
  • 1 packet citric acid
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1 petal (of a rose)

Instructions

    Wash, halve, and pit the nectarines. Process the fruit into juice. Let sit for about 1 hour.

    Remove foam and top up with some apple juice to 750 ml. Take 2 tablespoons of sugar, mix with gelatin, and add the citric acid and rose water to the juice.

    Bring to a boil, add the remaining sugar, and simmer while stirring for 3 minutes until sparkling. Add the flower petals. Pour the jelly into prepared glasses and seal immediately.
