- 4 ripe bananas sliced and frozen overnight
- 4 tbsp nut butter (peanut or almond)
- 100 ml almond drink (or soy or hazelnut milk)

Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer. Blend for 15-20 seconds. Then use a spoon to release any pieces stuck to the sides and blend again. Continue blending in 15-20 second bursts until a creamy, homogeneous mixture forms. Use the mixer in short bursts to avoid overheating.
