Ingredients

  • 2 kg pickled cucumbers
  • 250 ml wine vinegar
  • 30 g salt
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • 1 tsp allspice berries
  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Instructions

    Peel, clean, and cut the cucumbers lengthwise in half. Arrange them in jars.

    Boil the vinegar with about 200 ml water, salt, spices, and sugar, then pour hot over the cucumbers so they are fully covered.

    Seal the jars tightly and store in a cool place.
