Mushroom Cheeseburger

Ingredients
- 1 tomato
- 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 tbsp sharp mustard
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 4 slices cheese (e.g., butter cheese, young gouda)
- 250 g mushrooms (e.g., oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms)
- 4 burger buns

Wash the tomato and cut four nice slices from the center. Wash and dry shake the lettuce. In a bowl mix the ground beef with mustard, season with salt and pepper, form into 4 patties and cook in a pan over medium heat with 2 tbsp hot oil for about 4 minutes on each side. Finally place one slice of cheese on each patty to melt.

Clean the mushrooms thoroughly, cut them into strips or slices, and sauté in another pan with hot oil until golden brown and tender. Season with salt and pepper. Halve the buns and toast as desired. Place a patty on each bottom bun, top with some mushrooms, a tomato slice, and lettuce. Finish with the top bun and serve with remaining mushrooms.
