We love Chinese stir‑fry! Try the juicy Chinapfanne à la Spoonsparrow.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 1 chicken breast fillet
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sherry
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Wash, trim and slice the spring onions diagonally into rings. Wash, trim and cut the broccoli into florets.

    Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and cut into strips. Sauté in 1 tbsp hot oil for about 3 minutes until lightly browned. Season with soy sauce and pepper. Remove from pan or wok and sauté spring onions and broccoli in remaining oil. Steam with a splash of water for about 5 minutes until tender. Add vinegar and sherry, stir in the chicken, season with pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
