Muesli Bar with Chocolate

Ingredients
- 160 g butter
- 240 g honey
- 140 g mixed dried fruit (e.g., apricots, apples, figs, plums, etc.)
- 120 g ground almonds
- 80 g ground hazelnuts
- 70 g coarsely chopped hazelnuts
- 70 g Coconut flakes
- 180 g flakes (e.g., oats, barley, wheat, rye and spelt)
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 200 g dark chocolate couverture

Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) with top and bottom heat. Melt butter with honey in a pot over low flame. Roughly chop the fruit and mix with almonds, hazelnuts, coconut flakes, flakes and flour into the butter mixture; spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (30x24 cm) to a thickness of 1 cm and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Meanwhile, roughly chop the chocolate couverture and melt over a hot, non-boiling water bath. Remove from the water bath and let it cool slightly.

Remove the finished muesli mixture from the oven, allow to cool, and cut into bars measuring 2x8 cm. Dip one side of each bar in the liquid chocolate and flip onto a cooling rack or baking sheet to dry.
