Ingredients

  • 300 g meat sausage
  • 300 g sliced cheese (e.g., Gouda, Emmental)
  • 2 pickled cucumbers
  • 6 tbsp pickle liquid
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 80 g salad mayonnaise
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 4 hard‑boiled eggs

Instructions

    Slice the meat sausage and cheese into thin strips. Cut the pickled cucumber into slices. Wash, deseed and slice the bell pepper into thin strips. Trim, wash and cut the spring onions into rings.

    Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, pickle liquid and Worcestershire sauce. Fold in the salad ingredients, season with salt and pepper. Fill glasses with the salad, peel and quarter the eggs, and place them on top as garnish.
