Ingredients
- 175 g sugar
- 100 ml lime juice
- 20 ml mint cream (more if desired for color and taste)
- 4 sprigs Mint
- 0.25 l water
- 1 handful berries (mixed; for garnish)

Heat the water with the sugar in a pot until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add the lime juice, and let cool.

Stir in the mint cream and pour the mixture into a metal bowl. Freeze for 5-6 hours.

Ten minutes before serving, take it out of the freezer and let sit briefly.

Then scrape off small flakes from the granita with a spoon. Fill glasses with the sorbet, top with berries and a sprig of mint, and serve.
