Ingredients

  • 6 carrots
  • 0.5 small onion
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 0.5 tsp flour
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 50 g almond sticks
  • 4 sprigs Mint

Instructions

    Peel the carrots and slice them into rounds. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion with the carrot slices. Dust with flour. Pour in the vegetable broth, cover, and steam for 3 minutes.

    Wash the lemon, grate a little zest, and squeeze out the juice. Add both to the carrots. Stir in the almond sticks and wash the mint, shake dry. Pick off some leaves, cut into very fine strips, mix in, season to taste. Transfer the vegetables to bowls and serve garnished with mint.
