Ingredients
- 300 g fresh sauerkraut
- 400 g Carrots
- 20 g chopped hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 100 g Sour cream
- 1 tbsp germ oil
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Loosen the sauerkraut with a fork. Peel and grate the carrots.

Whisk the sour cream with the oil, sugar, half of the nuts, salt, and pepper; taste and stir in the parsley.

Combine the sauerkraut and carrots with the dressing, arrange on plates, sprinkle with remaining nuts, and garnish with parsley leaves.
