Mini Meatballs with Vegetable Strips

Ingredients
- 1 loaf of stale rolls
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 5 tbsp oil
- 600 g mixed ground meat
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 2 tsp dried marjoram
- Salt
- vegetable noodles
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 1 leek
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- spicy sauce
- 2 chili peppers (cut into thin rings)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 100 ml light soy sauce
Instructions

Soak the stale rolls in lukewarm water, sauté the onion in 1 tbsp hot oil until translucent, add parsley and cook briefly, then let cool. Squeeze out excess liquid from the soaked rolls, combine with onion, ground meat, eggs, mustard, paprika, marjoram, chili, and salt into a smooth mixture; shape into 16 equal meatballs.

Brown the meatballs in 4 tbsp hot oil on all sides.

For the vegetable noodles, peel the carrots, clean the leek, wash the zucchini. Slice everything into very thin strips. Sauté in 2 tbsp oil, deglaze with soy sauce, set aside and let rest briefly.

Combine all ingredients for the spicy sauce well and pour into a small bowl.

Arrange everything on four preheated plates and serve immediately.
