Ingredients
- 2 tsp green tea
- 3 tbsp glucose
- 350 ml sour milk
- juice of one lemon
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1 sprig lemon balm
- 4 lemon slices
Instructions

Steep the tea with 250 ml hot water for 3-4 minutes, then cool. Dissolve the glucose in the tea, stir in the sour milk and season with lemon juice.

Add ice cubes to glasses, pour the drink over them, stick a lemon slice on each rim and garnish with lemon balm leaves.
