- 2 onions
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 red bell peppers
- 200 g chorizo
- 250 g diced tomatoes (canned)
- 500 g white beans (canned)
- 1 bay leaf
- 150 ml beef broth
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper

Peel and dice the onions and garlic.

Wash, halve, core, and cube the bell peppers.

Slice the chorizo. Sauté it with the onions and garlic. Then add the bell peppers, tomatoes, beans, and bay leaf, stirring in the broth. Simmer for about 20 minutes, occasionally stirring and adding more broth if needed. Season with salt and cayenne pepper before serving.
