Ingredients

  • 1 tsp pine nuts
  • 15 g goat cheese
  • 1 small tomato
  • 3 slices cucumber
  • 0.5 tsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 0.125 slice watermelon

Instructions

    Toast the nuts in a hot pan over medium heat without fat.

    Crumble the cheese.

    Wash the tomato. Dice the tomato and cucumber. Mix with olive oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper, and arrange everything on the watermelon slice.
