Ingredients
- 1 tsp pine nuts
- 15 g goat cheese
- 1 small tomato
- 3 slices cucumber
- 0.5 tsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 0.125 slice watermelon

Toast the nuts in a hot pan over medium heat without fat.
