Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 3 spring onions
- 500 g mixed minced meat
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 40 g rolled oats (whole grain)
- semolina breadcrumbs (as needed)
- Salt
- ground pepper
- sweet paprika

Preheat the oven to 200°C with upper and lower heat.

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash, trim, and cut the spring onions into fine rings. Mix the minced meat, onion, garlic, spring onions, egg, tomato paste, and oats together. Knead into a well-formed meat mixture and add breadcrumbs if needed. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Shape the mixture into a small loaf, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for about 40 minutes.

Let it cool, slice, and place each slice on a piece of bread. Cover with another slice and cut in half.
