Roll dough into a rectangle (30 x 54 cm). Cut ornaments from leftover dough. Spread filling 20 cm away from one edge of the dough. Fold the empty side over and press firmly. Press fork ridges into the edge, brush ornaments with water, place them on top. Form a chimney by folding a 15 cm long, ~5 cm high strip of foil; use a round cookie cutter to punch a hole in the pastry top and insert the chimney. Brush with egg yolk and bake at 225°C for about 30 minutes. Serve garnished with cranberries.
