Ingredients
- 250 g mascarpone
- Limettensaft (freshly squeezed)
- 150 g sugar
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 2 sheets gelatin
- 40 ml amaretto
- raspberries
- Kiwi slices
- lime zest
- Raspberry puree
Instructions

Soak the gelatin in cold water.

Mix lime juice and sugar with mascarpone, then fold in stiffly whipped cream. Dissolve the soaked gelatin in warmed amaretto and stir into the cream.

Fill a piping bag fitted with a large star tip and pipe onto dessert plates; garnish with raspberries, kiwi slices, lime peel strips, and raspberry puree.
