Ingredients

  • 70 g Walnuts
  • 70 g dried apricots
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp organic lemon zest
  • 400 g marzipan base
  • dried violet flower

Instructions

    Finely chop the walnuts and apricots in a food processor. Mix with orange zest and lemon zest, then knead with marzipan to form a homogeneous dough.

    With cold hands, shape small balls from the mixture. Crumble the violet flowers and sprinkle them on a plate. Roll the pralines in them and serve.
