Ingredients

  • 125 g marzipan base
  • 400 g Low-fat quark
  • 80 g sugar
  • 60 g poppy seed paste
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 2 figs
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp fig juice
  • 2 tbsp poppy seed (for sprinkling)

    Grate the marzipan finely and mix with the quark, sugar, and poppy seed paste. Whip the cream stiffly and fold it in. Distribute the cream into small bowls.
