- 125 g marzipan base
- 400 g Low-fat quark
- 80 g sugar
- 60 g poppy seed paste
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 2 figs
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp fig juice
- 2 tbsp poppy seed (for sprinkling)

Grate the marzipan finely and mix with the quark, sugar, and poppy seed paste. Whip the cream stiffly and fold it in. Distribute the cream into small bowls.

Clean the figs and slice them thinly. Warm the honey gently in a saucepan and deglaze with the fig juice. Reduce to a syrupy consistency, arrange the figs on the cream, drizzle with the syrup, and sprinkle with poppy seed before serving.
