Ingredients
- 700 g smoked mackerel
- 1 onion (sliced into rings)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
- dill
Instructions

Cut the mackerel into long pieces.

Whisk together lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill and 5 tbsp oil to make a marinate; add the fish and let it chill for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally.

Sauté onion rings in olive oil until translucent, then add them to the marinate.

Arrange the mackerel with onion rings and the remaining sauce on a plate.
