Ingredients
- 4 scallops (pre‑cooked, no shell)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 stalks Parsley
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp butter
- Sea salt
- white pepper
- paprika flakes (for garnish)
- shell half (for serving)
Instructions

Wash the scallops and pat them dry.

Wash the parsley, shake off excess water and finely chop. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a small pan and sauté the garlic until translucent; add the parsley, season with salt and pepper, and keep warm.

Sear the scallops slowly in not-too‑hot butter with 1 tbsp of oil on both sides for about 2 minutes each. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the scallops on preheated shell halves. Pour the parsley mixture over them and sprinkle with paprika flakes before serving.
