- 800 g fresh porcini mushrooms
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 1 dried red chili pepper
- 80 ml olive oil
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)

Clean the mushrooms and slice them thickly. Peel the garlic and slice it as well. Wash the thyme and shake dry. Lightly crush the dried chili pepper.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms together with the garlic, chili, and thyme until golden brown, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, then arrange on a platter and serve.
