Ingredients

  • 400 g large red bell peppers
  • 300 g goat cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g., thyme and oregano)
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 80 g Black olives
  • 4 fresh bay leaves
  • 1 l olive oil

Instructions

    Wash the peppers, trim the stem ends, and remove the seeds.

    Mix the goat cream cheese with the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Fill the peppers and layer them with olives in jars.

    Add the bay leaves and pour enough olive oil over everything to cover it well. Seal the jars tightly and store in the refrigerator.
