Ingredients

  • coriander
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper
  • 16 lamb chops (about 50 g each)
  • Salt
  • 30 g sun‑dried tomatoes in oil
  • 200 g fresh plum tomatoes
  • 125 g light cream
  • 1 tsp pickled green peppercorns
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

    Rinse coriander, shake dry and finely chop. Peel garlic cloves and finely chop as well. Mix with olive oil and pepper. Rub the lamb chops with the mixture. Cover and marinate for about 1 hour.

    For the dip, cut sun‑dried tomatoes and fresh tomatoes into small pieces and blend slightly, not too smooth. Stir in light cream. Chop green peppercorns and add. Season with salt and fold in parsley.

    Grill the lamb chops on a hot charcoal grill for about 3–4 minutes per side. Season with salt. Serve together with the dip.
