Marinated Feta with Walnuts

Marinated feta with walnuts from Spoonsparrow is great for the next mezze evening!
Ingredients
- 1 Handful Parsley (5 g)
- 2 stalks tarragon
- 2 Stalks Mint
- 80 g walnut kernels
- 400 g feta (45% fat in curd)
- 1 tbsp black cumin seeds
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash the herbs, pat dry, remove leaves from stems and roughly chop. Roughly chop the walnuts and combine with the herbs in a bowl.

Add crumbled feta and mix everything with black cumin, lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
