Marinated Chicken Wings

Spoonsparrow marinated chicken wings – protein-packed finger food in a spicy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg chicken wings
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 tsp paprika powder (hot)
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • baking paper (for the tray)

Instructions

    Wash and dry the chicken wings, then split at the joints. Peel the garlic. In a bowl mix ginger, yogurt, lemon juice, and paprika; squeeze in the garlic. Toss the wings in the mixture and cover overnight in the refrigerator.

    Line a baking sheet with paper and place it on the middle rack of a preheated oven (200°C). Remove the wings from the marinade, pat dry, season with salt, and lay them on an oiled rack. Bake for about 10 minutes, flip, bake another 10 minutes. Turn on the grill to brown the pieces for an additional 10 minutes, turning once during this period.
