Ingredients
- 1 Carrot
- 0.5 celery root
- 1 Red Onion
- 0.2 l white wine
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 50 g marjoram (pickled)
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 carp fillets (very fresh, ready-to-cook at 200 g each)
- cocktail tomatoes (halved)
- thyme sprig
Instructions

Peel and dice carrot and celery root. Peel onion and cut into rings. Add vegetables to boiling water. Add white wine, lemon juice, salt, and sugar; remove from heat. Marinate carp fillets with marjoram. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.

Arrange fillets on a plate, garnish with thyme and tomatoes, and serve with fresh bread.
