Ingredients

  • 1 Lime
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 400 g mango flesh
  • Lemon balm

Instructions

    Wash, peel, and juice the lime.

    Add sugar, lime zest and juice, and water to a pot; bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer for about 3 minutes before straining.

    Chop the mango flesh and blend it with the sugar-water until smooth, then mix in the yogurt.

    Pour everything into a shallow metal bowl and place it in the freezer. Every 30 minutes stir thoroughly with a fork until fully frozen.

    Use an ice cream scoop to form spheres of sorbet and serve them in chilled cups.
