Mango Toast with Coconut Flakes

A bright start to the day with mild mango slices on toasted whole-grain bread, lightly buttered and topped with sweet coconut flakes.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Mango (0.5 Mangoes)
  • 60 g Whole-grain toast (2 slices)
  • 10 g Margarine (2 tsp)
  • 10 g coconut flakes (1 Tbsp)

Instructions

    Peel half a mango, cut the flesh from the pit and slice into thin rounds.

    Toast the bread slices, let them cool slightly, then spread with margarine while still warm.

    Arrange the mango slices on the toast and sprinkle everything with coconut flakes.
