Mango Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 1 EL mustard seeds
  • 1 EL lemon juice
  • 100 g mustard (medium spicy)
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Peel the mango, cut into small pieces, and combine with white wine in a pot along with mustard seeds and lemon juice. Bring to a boil.

    Simmer gently over medium heat for about 5 minutes until softened. Puree finely, strain through a sieve, and let cool. Mix in the mustard, then season with vinegar, salt, and pepper.
