The Low-Carb Melon Mix by Spoonsparrow is a successful blend of savory and sweet flavors.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 melon
  • 200 ml spinach juice
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Halve the melon, seed with a teaspoon, cut into wedges; from one wedge slice two pieces and set aside.

  2. 2.

    Cut the remaining flesh from the skins, dice, place in a tall jug and blend very finely with an immersion blender.

  3. 3.

    Add spinach juice and mix again briefly. Pour over ice cubes in glasses, garnish with melon slices and serve immediately.
