Ingredients

  • 4 sea bass fillets
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp paprika oil
  • 3 fennel bulbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 bundle herbs de Provence

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the sea bass fillets. Wash the lemons, halve them, juice one half, and cut the remaining halves into wedges. Drizzle lemon juice over the fish inside. Score the skin with a knife several times. Then brush the fish inside and out with paprika oil.

    Slice the fennel bulbs into rounds. Sauté in oil and simmer for 3 minutes in their own juice. Add the lemon wedges and season with salt and pepper. Wash the herbs, shake dry, and stuff them into the fish. Grill for 8-12 minutes.
