Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 150 g red onion
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 piece galangal
  • 2 tbsp mango chutney
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 4 lobster tails

Instructions

    Quarter the bell peppers, clean and rinse them. Wash the zucchini and peel the onion. Slice the vegetables into strips.

    Heat 4 tbsp olive oil in a pan and quickly sauté the vegetables. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

    Wash the galangal thoroughly and slice it thinly. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and briefly stir-fry the slices. Remove them, add mango chutney and soy sauce to the pan and mix well.

    Arrange the lobster halves with the galangal slices and sauce on a plate. Garnish with lemongrass. Serve the vegetables alongside.
