Ingredients

  • 400 g whole wheat linguine
  • Salt
  • 100 g Baby spinach
  • 200 g radishes (with greens)
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 0.5 Organic lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper
  • 100 g Feta

Instructions

    Cook pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

    Meanwhile, clean and dry the spinach, wash and quarter the radishes, rinse and chop the radish greens, thinly slice the spring onions.

    Rinse lemon halves hot, grate zest, peel skin, squeeze juice. Mix vegetables and radish greens with olive oil, lemon juice and zest; season with salt and pepper.

    Drain pasta, let it dry slightly, then spread on plates. Crumble feta over the noodles and sprinkle with pepper.
