Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g orzo pasta
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 pack FRoSTA spinach leaves
- 200 g heavy cream
- 2 tbsp FRoSTA Italian herbs
- 0.5 organic lemon (zest)
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- Salt
- Pepper
- grated parmesan (for garnish)
- basil (for garnish)
Instructions

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté both for about 2 minutes. Add pasta and vegetable broth, bring to a boil and cook for approximately 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash and halve the tomatoes. Stir in FRoSTA spinach leaves and cream with the pasta. Cover and simmer for 4–6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add FRoSTA Italian herbs, lemon zest, and crème fraîche; mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish the pasta with parmesan and basil.
