Lemon Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 400 g farfalle
  • Salt
  • 15 g Butter (1 tbsp)
  • 75 g pine nuts (5 tbsp)
  • a handful fresh basil
  • Pepper
  • 20 g Parmesan (1 piece)

Instructions

    Wash the lemon hot, pat dry, zest and juice.

    Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

    Meanwhile melt butter in a pan over low heat. Sauté garlic and lemon zest for 2–3 minutes.

    In another pan toast pine nuts until fragrant. Wash basil, shake dry and tear leaves.

    Drain pasta and add it to the pan with lemon zest, mix in pine nuts. Season pasta with pepper and lemon juice. Fold in basil and divide onto four plates. Sprinkle parmesan on top and serve.
