Lemon Fish with Pasta

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces fish fillet (about 180 g, cod, redfish...)
  • 1 Shallot
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 ml fish stock (from the jar)
  • 2 lemons (unprocessed)
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the shallot, then sauté in 2 tbsp olive oil until translucent. Add fish stock, lemon juice and zest, simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.

    Wash the fish fillets, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, and add them to the sauce along with the lemon slices. Simmer for another 6 minutes, turning once and stirring in coriander leaves. Serve over macaroni.
