Lemon Beef Skewers

Ingredients
- 400 g beef
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
- Pepper
- 1.5 organic lemons
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt

Cut the meat into about 2 cm long strips or cubes for the skewers.

Peel the garlic cloves, finely dice them and place in a bowl. Add the spices. Wash half a lemon, dry rub it and grate the zest. Squeeze the juice and add it with the zest to the spices. Mix the mixture with 4 tbsp olive oil. Combine the marination well with the meat strips and let it rest covered for at least 2 hours.

Before cooking thread the meat onto skewers. Just before grilling season the skewers lightly with salt. Heat remaining olive oil in a pan and sear the meat skewers over medium heat for about 4 minutes on all sides.

Wash the remaining lemon, dry rub it, cut into wedges and serve alongside the skewers.
